『どうする？』『じゃあ、あたし30分削るよ』『じゃあ、俺も30分削るよ』－－。すき家のアルバイト店員には、なぜか売上高を達成しないと後から給与をカットされるという“マイナスの成果主義”が導入されており、実際に働いた時間でも、後から削らざるを得ないという。時給で勤務するアルバイトには働いた時間の分だけ給与が支払われるという大原則が、ゼンショーが経営する牛丼チェーン「すき家」では通用しないのだ。
