絵に描いた餅を実装する人たち
- アイデアマンは紙に餅の絵を描いたり、屏風に虎を描いたりする人。
- 技術者は餅や虎を紙や屏風から出す人。
- 営業は餅や虎を過剰にラッピングして売り込む人。
- 顧客は餅をフランス料理のフルコースに、虎を生きたマンモスなどに勘違いして購入する人。
- コールセンターは勘違いした顧客をなだめて落ち着かせるところ。
悪いパターン
- アイデアマンは紙にトレースで餅の絵を描いたり、屏風に虎と言い張って別の何かを描いたりする人。
- 技術者は明らかに足りない予算と人員で上の目をごまかしつつ、餅や虎を紙や屏風からだそうしてスパゲッティを作ったり、かびた餅や猫を出してごまかす人。
- 営業は技術者が餅や虎と言い張る何かを過剰にラッピングして中身を見せないようにし、有機米で作った餅や自然の貴重な虎として売り込む人。
- 顧客は餅のような何かを餅に、虎のような何かを虎に勘違いして購入する人。
- コールセンターは怒り狂った顧客をテンプレートであしらってその場をしのぐ人。
