欧米では年齢やら性別やら肌の色やら、「自分の努力では変えられないもの」を評価基準にして差別することは許されない、って考えがあって（しかし人種差別は未だ根深い部分もあるんだけど）。日本では年齢や性別による差別がまったく問題なく認められしまっている野蛮な国なんだと認識したほうがいい。
