持家派 vs 賃貸派の話になると、「どちらかが有利になれば市場に調整されるからほとんど差はないはず」と言う人がたまにいるが、たぶん選好の問題を忘れてる。持家派が多ければ持家にプレミアムがついて、その分だけ高くつく。
