最近四肢は細いのに腹部はぽっこりして、飢饉の絵巻物みたいな体形に近づいてきたのでちょっと焦ってる

手足が細くて腹部がぽっこりっていうのは、

筋肉が落ちきってる状態。

銭湯やプール行くと分かるけど、爺さん婆さんが大概その体型だよ。

あなたがなんでそうなったかって言うと

日々生きていくのに必要なカロリーを足りない状態にし続けて、体が筋肉を食べちゃったわけ。

危機状態と判断した体が筋肉を削って今日生きて行くためのカロリーに変えるの。

「筋肉の異化作用」って言う。
