最近良くチームに言うこと。「客の言っていることを信用するな、リスクだと思え。言われた通りにやって失敗する方が多い。ゴールを理解し、自分の頭で考え、説得し、実現しろ。」USのメンバーは日本の顧客の特殊性を知らない。USのお客は日本と違ってIT能力が高くリスクも取ってくれるから。
